Job description
Role Overview
As an Assistant to the Department Management in Quality and Customer Service, you will provide confident and skilled support in all organizational and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating appointments, conferences, and events, as well as preparing and processing presentations, reports, and minutes. You will take charge of organizing domestic and international business trips, including booking and expense management.
You will conduct research and compile information, independently managing projects in the packaging sector and liaising directly with international subsidiaries. Handling sensitive information with discretion is a crucial part of this role.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial training.
- Ideally, some work experience in an assistant role.
- Fluent command of English.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Self-directed, structured, and goal-oriented work approach.
- Resilience and assertiveness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational talent.
