Key Account Manager (m/w/div.) Bereich Airconomy

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager in the Airconomy sector, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with both national and international clients. You will serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to Airconomy, develop strategies and solutions tailored to major clients, and promote the company during trade fairs and events. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure customer satisfaction and conduct market analyses to identify trends and strategies within supply and climate technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across national and international markets.
• Act as the main contact point for all Airconomy-related queries.
• Develop and implement strategic approaches and solutions for key accounts.
• Engage in acquiring new customers and represent the company at exhibitions and events.
• Work in tandem with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Perform market analysis and identify strategies and trends in the supply and climate technology fields.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply technology focusing on climate technology or a completed apprenticeship as heating/ventilation technician.
• At least three years of professional experience in customer support or account management.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD and a confident use of MS Office programs.
• Assertive demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude beneficial to both clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and responsible approach.
• Team player with flexibility and readiness to travel as required.
