This is a Retail Assistant Manager opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a management team and has prior supervisory experience. The company is hiring right away and is looking for someone ready to grow into a leadership role with full-time hours and competitive pay.

Key Duties
- Support the Store Leader in coaching, training, and leading store employees to provide excellent customer service.
- Help maintain employee engagement and retention by identifying strong candidates, developing future leaders, and encouraging productivity.
- Assist with the execution of merchandising and marketing initiatives.
- Handle cash management, fuel transactions, and customer loyalty program promotion.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and well-stocked by following health and sanitation standards.
What You Need
- Strong verbal and written communication, plus solid interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using computers, with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to bend, stand, reach repeatedly, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license from your state or province of residence, along with active auto liability insurance during employment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, though not required if you have at least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Previous supervisory experience and the ability to work well within a management team.

The advertised hourly pay range for this role is $18.00 to $24.25. Compensation, bonuses, incentives, and benefits are subject to company policies, legal requirements, and management discretion.
