Position Overview

This entry-level retail associate position is designed for people who want flexible scheduling and a chance to develop in a fast-paced store environment. The work typically includes cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and, for some foodservice-focused roles, food preparation and food safety support. The role also includes regular customer interaction and teamwork with store colleagues.

What You Will Do

• Provide friendly service and aim to exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers at all times.
• Prepare and present food properly, including coffee and other customer favorites.
• Handle cash, process fuel transactions, and support the loyalty rewards program.
• Follow all required health and food safety guidelines.
• Manage multiple tasks while repeatedly bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Experience as a cashier, customer service representative, retail associate, or foodservice worker is helpful, but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn through training.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented store environment and interact well with customers.
• Comfort with cash handling, cleaning, stocking, and, where applicable, food preparation.
• Ability to follow health code and safety procedures.
• Physical capability to perform repeated movement and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
