Position Overview

Beginning in Fall 2026, this tenure-track, 10-month full-time appointment in the Education Department at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh focuses on literacy education integrated with practical teaching strategies for English Language Learners (ELLs). The role entails active participation in reflective teaching and collaboration with university colleagues and regional partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare preservice teachers to effectively support English Language Learners using evidence-based practices.
