About the Company

BOBCARD Limited is a non-deposit taking non-banking finance company (NBFC). The business was established in 1994 to address the needs of the fast-expanding credit card sector in a focused way. It is recognized as one of the early players in India’s card industry and was the first non-banking company in the country to issue credit cards. The company’s main line of business is credit card issuance.

Role Overview

This role is designed to provide direct executive and administrative support to the Deputy Managing Director’s office, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver senior-level administrative and executive assistance to the Deputy Managing Director.
  • Plan and manage calendars, arrange meetings, and help the DMD use time effectively.
  • Create and polish professional business communication such as letters, memos, reports, presentations, and related documents.
  • Set up meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions until completion.
  • Review incoming messages, sort priorities, identify important points, and route information to the right stakeholders.
  • Keep sensitive records, files, and documentation well organized and securely maintained.
  • Assist with basic office administration, including record maintenance and support for routine finance or bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and outside contacts on behalf of the DMD to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Take ownership of assigned ad hoc tasks and any additional duties as directed by the DMD.

Required Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate should bring strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work accurately in a demanding environment. The role also calls for solid time management, attention to detail, familiarity with office administration and documentation practices, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools is also important.
