Role overview
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the smooth and efficient operation of the front office function. In this role, you will help ensure that the department operates in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand expectations while also meeting the needs of employees, guests, and owners.
Key duties
You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to deliver the brand promise through effective oversight of front office activities. The role covers the front desk, front service operations such as parking and the hotel entrance, the communications centre, the business centre, and the Grand Club.
Qualifications
The preferred background is a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Candidates should have at least 2 years of work experience in either an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager role. Strong problem-solving ability, administrative capability, and interpersonal skills are essential.
