- Maintain accurate customs paperwork and ensure import/export activities follow all required procedures.
- Track regulatory updates and prepare the business for new products and portfolio changes.
- Support route-to-market execution to keep products available across the market without disruption.
- Plan inventory levels and optimize days of inventory across distribution warehouses.
- Keep data, processes, and coordination aligned with distributors and other business partners.
- Support warehouse compliance by maintaining quality, safety, environmental, and PMI standards.
- Manage logistics service providers with a focus on service quality, cost control, and operational performance.
- Lead improvement efforts that strengthen distribution flows and overall productivity.
- Ensure stock records are reconciled correctly and support controls around financial processes.
- Support Track & Trace compliance and contribute to market-wide product quality management.
Requirements
- A university degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in FMCG or Electronics, ideally in Supply Chain or Planning.
- Strong analytical ability and experience working with data for planning and forecasting.
- Good understanding of financial basics such as P&L, cash flow, and budget planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP and supply chain or forecasting tools such as E2OPEN is an added advantage.

- An inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued and collaboration is encouraged.
- Opportunities to grow professionally within a global organization with significant scale and development potential.
