Role Overview
Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a Learning Entertainment Center Team Leader to create a welcoming, lively, and guest-focused atmosphere. The role centers on making the venue enjoyable and engaging for visitors while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
The team leader will be expected to oversee the guest experience within the entertainment center, ensure service quality remains high, and help maintain an environment that feels both pleasant and interactive for guests.
Qualifications
A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. Candidates should bring at least 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service ability and well-developed interpersonal skills are essential.
