Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the assessment and execution of compensation and benefits policies, overseeing the delivery of key reward programs such as fixed and variable pay, and benefits reviews.
- Contribute to compensation benchmarking by collecting and verifying market data, and preparing detailed analytical reports to inform reward decisions.
- Analyze internal and market compensation and benefits datasets using tools like Power BI to extract meaningful insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to guide reward strategy development and evaluation.
- Help maintain the bank’s job architecture by reviewing job profiles and updating job records accurately in the system, working closely with HR Business Partners and Learning & Organizational Development teams to resolve queries and ensure clarity.
- Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality stakeholder service.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers related to Rewards, including tracking deliverables, handling invoicing, contract adjustments, and onboarding new service providers.
- Seek and support opportunities for organizational improvements and departmental initiatives based on best practices in the HR environment.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of five years professional experience, including at least two years specializing in rewards management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with HR and rewards management systems.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
