Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Financial Systems to join our Finance department. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle EPM solutions to enhance financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Oracle EPM solution designs.
• Configure and develop Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting modules within Oracle EPM.
• Create and execute test plans including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; manage deployment to live environments.
• Provide ongoing support for finance applications, troubleshoot data and performance issues, and implement necessary fixes and enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and reports, conduct data validation and reconciliation, and deliver actionable financial insights and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team, prepare documentation, and conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for end users.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to shorten financial close cycles and improve forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of practical experience with Oracle EPM implementations and maintenance.
• Hands-on exposure to various EPM modules such as FCCS, ARCS, budgeting/forecasting, financial consolidation, or EDM.
• Understanding of AI technologies interfacing with Oracle applications, including experience with Oracle AI tools for embedding predictive analytics into financial planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience using analytical platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion certification, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
• Experience within the gaming or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
