Role Overview

The Assistant Manager, Loyalty and Partnership Marketing is charged with identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue growth across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa divisions for both hotels. The role involves forming commercial partnerships with banks, lifestyle brands, payment providers, travel platforms, and overseeing Intellectual Property (IP) collaborations. Additional responsibilities include leading campaign execution, partnership reporting, and daily partnership administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, travel platforms, lifestyle brands, and related partners to drive revenue.
  • Develop and implement commercial campaigns targeted at increasing revenue streams in Guest Rooms, Restaurants & Bars, MICE, and Spa departments.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with various key partners including banks, card issuers, travel and membership platforms.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements encompassing marketing exposure and partnership perks.
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new partnership opportunities to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze partnership performance and recommend strategies for optimization.
  • Lead the entire process for licensed IP collaborations with global entertainment or lifestyle brands such as Disney, Sanrio, and DreamWorks, managing timelines and stakeholder coordination for successful campaign delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with IP licensors and brand representatives, ensuring all creative and promotional content adhere to licensing guidelines and approval requirements.
  • Ensure thorough compliance with licensing agreements including royalty obligations and brand standards throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Prepare and assist with funding proposals and reporting submissions for governmental agencies like the Singapore Tourism Board as applicable.
  • Monitor hotel performance against membership enrollment targets for loyalty programs such as ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus Explorer, providing regular updates and recommending initiatives to enhance member acquisition.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to drive loyalty program enrollments through training, engagement activities, and localized recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments and Accor Plus teams to ensure timely submission of member offers and accurate campaign set-up across marketing channels.
  • Manage execution of Accor Plus marketing campaigns ensuring asset delivery, booking links, promotional content, and member communications are accurate and timely.
  • Liaise with regional and local Accor teams to maximize visibility of hotel offers via EDMs, offer pages, digital platforms, and communications.
  • Extract and analyze reports from hotel systems and partner platforms to monitor campaign performance, redemption rates, and contribution to revenue.
  • Prepare regular business performance reports and presentation materials for management and partners.
  • Maintain all partnership agreements and relevant documentation, oversee contract approvals, manage invoices, purchase orders, and track campaign timelines and renewals.
  • Support budget tracking and accrual accounting as necessary.
  • Ensure full compliance with hotel policies and departmental procedures while assisting with additional Sales & Marketing projects as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or loyalty program management, preferably within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, lifestyle brands, or third-party collaboration platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong aptitude in business development, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining commercially focused relationships.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects and cross-functional marketing campaigns efficiently in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Proficient analytical skills including advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Power BI, CRM systems, and loyalty platforms is preferable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, with capacity for independent work while fostering effective internal and external collaborations.
