Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to manage diverse email and chat marketing campaigns for our strategic brand partners and private client framework. This role involves enhancing engagement and revenue streams by working collaboratively with design and creative directors to uphold brand standards across markets. Responsibilities include creating and managing email campaigns, developing and executing e-marketing strategies, managing email systems, and maintaining segmented databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute email and chat-based marketing programs targeting strategic brand partners and private clients.
- Collaborate closely with acquisition, retention, and partnership teams to produce high-quality, brand-compliant email communications.
- Lead strategy development and implementation for email marketing efforts.
- Oversee email delivery systems and maintain segmented mailing lists and related databases.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience designing responsive email marketing templates focusing on user experience, content, typography, and aesthetics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA is considered a valuable addition.
- In-depth understanding of the international multi-brand luxury fashion market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for relationship building.
- Analytical and qualitative skills to question, evaluate, and clearly communicate ideas.
- Proactive in identifying and recommending monetization opportunities for partner-focused content.
- Exceptional time management abilities with a capability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
- Proven history of creating innovative client-focused initiatives that align with business goals.
- Computer literacy including proficiency with web, app, and Mac environments; skilled with Google and Microsoft office suites.
- Experience with content management platforms such as Craft, Contentful, or Sanity is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management and media monitoring tools like Slack, Notion, Cision, Carma, and Lefty.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, or French is advantageous.
Additional Details
Candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to one of the company’s office hubs in Hong Kong (Central), Singapore (Rochor), or Melbourne (CBD). Global applicants must be prepared to relocate to Asia for this position.
Salary is competitive, ranging between AUD 5000 and AUD 7000 monthly with additional allowances.
