Key Responsibilities
- Lead ownership and growth of co-marketing partnerships with GCC telecom operators, serving as the central marketing liaison.
- Formulate and implement joint marketing strategies aligned with Samsung device launches and operator engagement plans from ideation through market activation and outcome analysis.
- Manage co-marketing budgets and funds to ensure resource optimization and achieve distinct commercial objectives.
- Leverage operator subscriber and device mix data to identify market opportunities, target customer segments, and develop CRM-focused campaigns.
- Oversee cross-functional campaign execution spanning multiple marketing channels such as out-of-home advertising, owned and paid media (both digital and traditional), public relations, customer value management (CVM), and event activations.
- Innovate and drive pioneering marketing initiatives in partnership with operator collaborators.
- Provide detailed tracking and reporting of campaign performance metrics with operator partners.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to facilitate positive business results.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product or consumer marketing, with substantive involvement in operator co-marketing or telecom partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Proven capability to manage partner campaigns from inception to delivery, producing measurable commercial impact.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 360-degree marketing, encompassing both online and offline channels.
- Strong grasp of Customer Value Management (CVM) concepts, media landscapes, and channel implementations in operator marketing.
- Experience operating within matrix organizational structures.
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
- High attention to detail with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
