Role overview

What you will do

  • Support learning needs analysis and help prepare annual and quarterly learning calendars.
  • Connect with stakeholders to understand yearly learning priorities and gather requirements from learning points of contact.
  • Help identify solutions for new learning requests and requirements.
  • Assist in planning and budgeting for learning programs based on priorities and demand.
  • Coordinate learning initiatives and projects end to end, including deployment planning, tracking, escalation handling, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure new courses are created on SuccessFactors (LMS) in a timely manner.
  • Work with business teams to build business cases and capture requirements for external training programs.
  • Monitor external training delivery closely and escalate delays or challenges as needed.
  • Review learning MIS for accuracy, analyze trends, and create dashboards and reports.
  • Contribute ideas that improve learning processes and support the overall learning strategy.
  • Prepare collaterals and handle branding and post-branding support for marquee programs.
  • Provide inputs for newsletters, internal reviews, and similar communication materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and learning contacts across teams.
  • Share issues promptly with stakeholders and collaborate with other learning teams across service lines.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business so learning support can be aligned with operational needs.
  • Keep up with business changes and proactively suggest suitable learning solutions.
  • Maintain a database of internal and external subject matter experts and trainers.
  • Help identify suitable trainers for different learning programs.
  • Identify the right audience for programs and drive learner participation.
  • Take on facilitation responsibilities for learning programs as needed.
  • Communicate vendor requirements to the operations team in a timely way.
  • Support initial screening of vendors and trainers for externally led programs.
  • Work with the business on vendor selection and monitor trainer performance to ensure continued use of high-quality trainers.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, English Literature, Commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Applications.
  • At least 6 years of experience in learning or learning operations.
  • Strong capability in coordinating multiple learning programs and handling stakeholder expectations.
  • Comfort with learning systems, reporting, and dashboarding.
  • Ability to manage vendor coordination, training logistics, and follow-through on deadlines.
  • Good analytical thinking and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing needs.
