About the Role
Dawn Food, a leading and trusted food brand in Pakistan, is looking for a competent and motivated Assistant Manager HR Business Partner to join their team at the Multan location. This role focuses on driving HR initiatives, collaborating with business leaders, and promoting a high-performance organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various business units to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Work with management on workforce planning and organizational development activities.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attendance, turnover rates, and employee performance to aid decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have 4 to 5 years of pertinent experience within HR functions.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Be capable of multitasking and maintaining performance under pressure.
