Qiddiya Investment Company is reshaping Saudi Arabia’s entertainment sector and is hiring a meticulous, forward-thinking Assistant Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis. In this position, you will help strengthen financial planning activities and turn data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle by helping build plans that are aligned with departmental priorities and wider company objectives.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis to compare actual results with budget expectations and identify meaningful trends and drivers.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into key metrics and performance outcomes.
• Work with different internal teams to collect required data and contribute to sound financial decision-making.
• Assist with financial modelling to evaluate investment options and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Keep up with market trends and current best practices to continuously improve the planning and analysis process.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 4 and 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or in a comparable role.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working with complex information.
• Hands-on experience with financial modelling and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial findings clearly to stakeholders.
