About the Role

Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited, an established and highly trusted food brand in Pakistan, is looking for an Assistant Manager Corporate Communications to join their Lahore Head Office team. This role involves leading internal and external communications, crafting engaging content, and enhancing the brand’s reputation across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the corporate communications strategy across digital channels.
• Develop content for company announcements, newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone throughout all communications.
• Manage initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement within the company.
• Assist in handling media relations, public relations, and communications with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with different teams to support campaigns, product launches, and events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a relevant discipline.
• Between 4 and 6 years of pertinent experience, preferably in corporate communications or public relations.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
