About the Role
PUMA is seeking an Assistant Manager of Brand Marketing to spearhead lifestyle marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia and Singapore. This position oversees both Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale channels, driving brand positioning, messaging, and consumer engagement. The role demands managing comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns, budget oversight, and coordinating cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance through all consumer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the marketing calendar, setting major milestones to execute brand strategies and related KPIs, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across the SEA region, including paid media, partnerships, promotions, CRM, retail activations, and brand initiatives consistent with overall brand direction.
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring disciplined expenditure with strong ROI focus.
- Collaborate with commercial and retail partners to create communications supporting product sell-through and enhancing brand visibility with wholesale and trade partners.
- Plan and execute consumer-facing events that align with brand guidelines and objectives, delivering cohesive brand experiences.
- Oversee marketing projects and campaigns to ensure they meet strategic goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations to senior marketing leadership for continual improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Bring at least five years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or sectors like fashion, sports, or creative agencies.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of sneaker and streetwear culture, youth trends, and lifestyle landscape pertinent to SEA markets.
- Demonstrate strong project leadership skills, timeline management, and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluent in English and local SEA languages.
