Role Overview

In this role within KPMG Mid Market & Private (MM&P), a division dedicated to emerging, private, and mid-market clients including entrepreneurs, family businesses, and not-for-profits, you will lead audit engagements and advisory projects. Your leadership will be critical in delivering exceptional audit and assurance services that uphold investor confidence through high-quality financial statement audits. You will also play a pivotal role in client service, business development, team growth, and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for prominent clients, overseeing every aspect of audit delivery, client service, and business growth.
  • Execute advisory-related assignments supporting client needs.
  • Inspire and develop team talent to nurture their growth and success.
  • Build enduring relationships with prestigious audit clients while ensuring quality assurance and reporting excellence.
  • Engage with large-scale audit clients offering transformative career experiences.
  • Participate in structured leadership development programs to advance your career trajectory.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven track record of high achievement and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, including Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or eligibility to attain it.
