Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing daily operations at both facilities.
• Lead, coach, and nurture the team, providing hands-on training for Shift Leads and newer employees.
• Manage scheduling, ensure adequate staffing, and lead on the floor as necessary.
• Participate in candidate screening and interviewing during recruitment drives.
• Monitor class quality and enrollment targets collaboratively with leadership.
• Progress towards a Director-level career path by growing into this role.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated natural leadership capable of coaching and guiding a team, not merely collaborating with one.
• Availability to work full-time (35+ hours weekly) at both St. Mary's and Waldorf locations.
• Strong organizational abilities paired with clear, direct communication skills.
• Confidence in exercising authority among staff and leading in front of parents and children.
• Prior experience in supervisory or management roles is highly preferred.
• A background in fitness, dance, sports, or theatre is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation to commute between both locations is essential.
