Assistant Buyer - The Collective & Mono Brands

Role overview

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Buyer for The Collective and Mono Brands in Karnataka. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on supporting buying operations, merchandising coordination, and retail performance tracking.

What you will do

• Support the buyer in reviewing seasonal performance and related business trends.
• Keep all management information system records up to date for orders and buy catalogues.
• Coordinate stock allocation and merchandise availability across stores.
• Train front-end staff on product knowledge.
• Work with vendors on order handling and supply follow-ups.

Operations: Manage ordering activities and related follow-through.

Information management: Update catalogues, maintain monthly and seasonal sell-through updates with brands, and ensure data from order copies is transferred accurately into master and pricing files.

Customer and market awareness: Track competition and monitor style performance.

Learning and development: Strengthen data analysis capability over time.
