Role Overview

As the Assistant Business Manager at Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, you will represent Charlotte Tilbury with passion in the travel retail space. Your mission is to inspire and lead your team under the Tilbury vision, striving to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will support the Business Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and foster a culture of motivation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store to achieve and surpass financial goals and performance metrics.
• Assist in setting and communicating individual and team sales targets with the Retail Artists.
• Exhibit entrepreneurial drive and expert knowledge of the brand and products.
• Model outstanding customer service and foster superior in-store experiences.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to maintain high Charlotte Tilbury standards in both service and artistry.
• Extend customer service beyond the store, using customer databases for targeted marketing opportunities.
• Develop and implement personal and team growth plans accompanied by regular performance reviews.
• Build a positive team environment through meetings and a collaborative leadership approach, celebrating achievements.
• Generate innovative sales and promotional activities to enhance commercial success.
• Ensure top-notch visual merchandising, and uphold counter hygiene and cleanliness.
• Maintain impeccable grooming standards and motivate the team to present their best selves.
• Work flexibly on a five-day rotating shift basis, covering early and late hours as required.
• Undergo background checks including a five-year personal and work reference and a Criminal Reference Check, due to airside store location.

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong passion for the beauty sector.
• Commercial awareness and strategic planning skills.
• Solid people management capabilities.
