Job description

Role overview

As an ASN Chaser, you will be responsible for checking and validating the system-generated Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) once a delivery has been physically received in full. You will compare the physical and system records, resolve discrepancies where needed, and work within the agreed processing timelines (KPIs). The role also involves escalating issues promptly to the relevant teams and supporting the inbound operations area in day-to-day tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and confirm ASNs within the agreed KPI-based turnaround times.
  • Inspect any ASN mismatches in both the physical receipt and the warehouse system, and correct them when necessary.
  • Report the actual ASN deviations found to the Inventory Team and the Inbound Scheduling Team.
  • Escalate complaint cases to the appropriate partner departments without delay.
  • Act as a point of contact for ASN-related topics.
  • Support the CDC Inbound Team with operational work.
  • Record and process inbound clarification cases.
  • Develop and document process improvements to help continuously improve workflows.
  • Follow all legal, company, safety, and accident-prevention rules.
  • Be willing to work shifts.

Required profile

You should bring a structured, analytical, and process-driven mindset, along with a strong sense of responsibility and motivation. Good communication skills in either German and English or German and Polish are essential. Experience with modern warehouse control and warehouse management systems is required, as well as solid MS Office skills. You should also be dependable, careful in your work, and comfortable working as part of a team.
