Job description

About the company

E INC is the parent organization behind EBlock and EDealer. Together, these brands combine their products, services, and strategies around a single vision: building the world’s leading digital auction and retailing platform by connecting the wholesale and retail automotive experience. Their technology helps vehicles move smoothly between buyers and sellers across the full ownership journey.

Role overview

The Area Sales Coordinator is responsible for growing and maintaining business relationships with existing and potential customers in a designated territory. The role focuses on increasing dealer consignment, improving buyer attendance, and delivering on sales targets. This position is based in the Greater Saskatoon area and involves field-based work with frequent local customer visits.

What you will do

  • Build trust with customers using a consultative, relationship-led sales approach and show how automotive services can help reduce costs and improve business outcomes.
  • Visit customer dealerships to complete vehicle condition reports, identifying interior and exterior damage, missing parts, and any mechanical concerns.
  • Carry out walk-around inspections and take multiple vehicle photos to document damage and support a clear assessment of condition.
  • Prepare inspection support materials such as vehicle identification details, condition notes, and photo documentation.
  • Spend most of the workday travelling locally to customer sites as this is a field-based role.
  • Occasional overnight travel within the assigned territory may be needed, up to 5% of the time.
  • Apply working knowledge of engine performance, transmission function, brakes, and drivability issues.
  • Stay current on inspection and documentation procedures and follow all required work instructions.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Work in environments that may involve engine noise, transmission shifting, and differential noise.
  • Take on additional duties as required.

What you need

  • At least 3 years of progressive sales experience in customer-facing, relationship-driven roles.
  • Previous exposure to auto auctions is an advantage; automotive body and mechanical experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma is required at minimum.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
  • Strong ability to communicate, build relationships, stay organized, and solve problems.
  • Comfort working independently while balancing several priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including typing/data entry, internet use, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to drive and perform duties in adverse weather conditions.
  • Diagnostic ability related to vehicle issues.

Compensation and benefits

The position offers a starting salary of $46,000, along with a competitive bonus plan, mileage reimbursement, and paid time off. Employees also participate in benefits, RRSP, and life insurance programs. Additional perks include continuous learning, a flexible working environment, competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid group life and AD&D insurance, 401k/RSP programs, and a strong workplace culture.

Equal opportunity and hiring notes

E INC is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds protected by applicable law. During recruitment, the company may contact candidates through its application tracking systems and official company accounts. Applicants should not provide bank details, date of birth, social insurance information, or any upfront payment as part of the hiring process.
