Area Manager SEAPAC (Luxury Beauty)

Role overview

An established global luxury beauty brand is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee distributor-led markets across Southeast Asia and Oceania. This position reports to the Zone Managing Director and carries broad responsibility for regional business results, market expansion, and partner management from the Singapore hub.

The role is well suited to professionals with a background in luxury beauty, regional distributor oversight, forecasting, market planning, and brand execution in indirect or franchise-driven markets.

Key responsibilities

• Guide distributor partners across Southeast Asia and Oceania to improve sales performance, market outcomes, and execution quality.
• Take ownership of forecasting, yearly planning, business review processes, and tracking agreed actions across the assigned markets.
• Work with distributors on product launches, assortment strategy, pricing, visibility, and retail activation plans.
• Ensure luxury brand standards are consistently maintained in distributor-operated retail environments.
• Coordinate with regional teams across commercial, marketing, supply chain, and finance to keep plans aligned.
