Architect (m/f/d), Service Phases 1-5, Focus on Phase 5

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled architect to join our team for 20-30 hours per week, specializing particularly in phases 1 through 5 of architectural services with a focus on phase 5. The role requires hands-on experience primarily in residential projects.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in detailed design and construction planning, ideally within the residential construction sector.
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD 3D software for architectural modeling.
• Strong technical aptitude with solid knowledge of current DIN standards and the ability to manage detailed designs accurately.
• Fluent German language skills are essential to coordinate effectively with specialized planners and consultants.
