Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing specifications for project performance phases
- Support and oversee the procurement process for construction services
- Conduct on-site construction management including supervision and monitoring of work execution
- Act as liaison between property owners, specialized planners, and executing companies
- Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and schedule parameters during construction
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in architecture or equivalent qualification
- Open to recent graduates; practical experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (specifically ArchiCad) and MS Office applications
- Organized and able to work independently
- Keen interest in technically challenging renovation projects

- Annual gross salary ranging from 30000 to 32000 Euros (based on a 30-hour workweek), adjustable according to prior experience
