Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team for on-site construction supervision and management of a new school project built using timber construction in Munich.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and participate actively in on-site construction management.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of building works.
- Collaborate closely with specialist planners, contractors, and the client.
- Manage timelines, quality assurance, and control project costs.
- Document the progress of construction accurately.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in architecture.
- Some prior experience in construction management is desirable.
- Interest in sustainable building practices and timber construction.
- Ability to work independently and with a structured approach.
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
