About the Company
Schmidt-Schicketanz Planer GmbH is a nationwide architectural firm headquartered in Munich and Augsburg. Our team of around 30 professionals handles a variety of interesting and demanding new construction and renovation projects across different uses. We are currently seeking an experienced architect specializing in industrial and commercial construction to join our Munich office located centrally by the Englischer Garten.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and assess user requirements.
- Create feasibility studies for both new construction and renovation projects.
- Manage and coordinate projects, with a focus on commercial construction.
- Oversee the planning process through to final project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and specialist planners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and manage project quality while keeping an eye on budgets and schedules.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record with multiple completed projects specifically in industrial and commercial construction.
- A degree in Architecture, E2D, or an equivalent qualification.
- Highly proficient in CAD software, especially Archicad, including 3D and BIM planning.
- Excellent and negotiation-level proficiency in German.
- Organized working style with the capability to handle complex tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and team collaboration mindset.
