Position Overview
APPIA Contract GmbH is looking for an architect to support hotel building design projects at its Dietersburg, Bavaria location. The role focuses on concept development, approvals, detailed planning, coordination, and the creative translation of client needs into well-considered architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare design, approval, and execution planning for hotel-related building projects
- Clarify building regulations and permitting matters with public authorities
- Independently and creatively turn client requirements into architectural design concepts
- Contribute to innovative hotel construction projects with a focus on atmosphere, future readiness, and energy efficiency
- Create 3D visualizations for project presentations to clients and authorities
- Coordinate and integrate the work of specialist planners
- Support the introduction of a BIM-based workflow
Candidate Profile
- Completed architectural studies at bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma level
- Initial professional experience, ideally in hotel building design
- Strong 2D and 3D CAD skills; Revit knowledge is an advantage
- Structured working style, creativity, cost awareness, and careful attention to detail
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
