Responsibilities
- Develop cost estimates and proposals for turnkey interior finishing projects.
- Prepare special proposals and alternative offers, including material research.
- Create tender documents and specifications for clients and suppliers.
- Conduct technical and commercial reviews of bids.
- Process price inquiries for subcontractor services.
- Manage and maintain master data for standard calculations.
Requirements
- Possess a qualification as an Interior Finishing Engineer (m/f/d), Construction Technician (m/f/d), Architectural Draftsman (m/f/d), Wood Engineer (m/f/d), Wood Technician (m/f/d), Master Carpenter (m/f/d), or a comparable background.
- Have professional experience in cost estimation or project management for turnkey interior finishing projects.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of finishing trades and materials.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, cost awareness, meticulousness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with industry-standard calculation software.
- Possess good written and spoken German and English language skills.
