Job Overview

David Carpenter Architect is seeking a skilled and experienced Architect or Architectural Assistant with at least 3 years of experience post Part 2 qualification. The successful candidate will engage in diverse and stimulating projects that require creativity and technical proficiency.

• Proven track record of managing projects through stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering high-quality outcomes
• Strong design sense with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Highly organized and proactive in approach
• Good knowledge of Scottish building and planning regulations
• Solid technical understanding related to architectural practices
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience utilizing AutoCAD software
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car
