Job Overview

David Carpenter Architect is seeking a skilled and experienced Architect or Architectural Assistant with at least 3 years of experience post Part 2 qualification. The successful candidate will engage in diverse and stimulating projects that require creativity and technical proficiency.

Core Qualifications

Proficient use of Revit software
Proven track record of managing projects through stages 3, 4, and 5, delivering high-quality outcomes
Strong design sense with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Highly organized and proactive in approach
Good knowledge of Scottish building and planning regulations
Solid technical understanding related to architectural practices
Fluent written and spoken English
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience utilizing AutoCAD software
Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car
