About the Role
CompuSynex is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to strengthen our sales pipeline by connecting with decision-makers at local businesses. This role involves setting up qualified appointments without closing the deals yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently generate at least 10 qualified appointments weekly
- Engage prospective local business clients via phone, email, and social media channels
- Evaluate leads to confirm their suitability before scheduling meetings
- Manage scheduling and transfer warm leads to the closing sales team
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in appointment setting, cold outreach, or lead generation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly persistent, well-organized, and motivated by targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach software tools
- Self-driven individual who meets or exceeds weekly goals
Compensation
- Monthly base salary of PKR 50000
- Additional 20% commission on every closed deal attributed to your appointments
