About the Role

We invite motivated and detail-focused professionals to join our Managed Services team specializing in end-to-end accounting and financial operations. This position involves managing transaction processing, reconciliations, compliance activities, month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or MBA in Finance or an equivalent field.

Experience Required

  • Relevant work experience ranging from entry level up to eight years in Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Order-to-Cash (O2C) domains.

Essential Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data handling and presentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proactive mindset towards identifying problems and improving processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
  • Ability to document and communicate issues, solutions, and action plans clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and promptly record daily accounting transactions including vendor and customer invoices.
  • Post journal entries ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Reconcile customer receipts and maintain accounts receivable operations under Order-to-Cash.
  • Manage vendor payments and support reconciliation efforts in the Procure-to-Pay process.
  • Assist in GST accounting, TDS deductions, and maintain compliance records for audits.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and analyzing expenses for appropriate accounting treatment.
  • Compile audit schedules, coordinate with auditors, and ensure financial documentation is properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and seamless financial operations.
