This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an early career professional to gain broad exposure in real estate capital advisory, working with a reputed boutique firm advising developers, investors, and property companies on raising debt and equity within the UK market. The role involves participation in every phase of a transaction from client engagement and financial analysis to lender negotiations and deal closure, providing comprehensive experience beyond basic analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct commercial and financial analysis of development and investment opportunities.
- Build and review cashflow models to evaluate debt capacity and optimize capital structures.
- Prepare detailed lender presentations, financial reports, and transaction documentation.
- Research potential lenders and determine suitable funding strategies for each deal.
- Support negotiation efforts throughout the financing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior advisers in borrower and lender meetings.
- Gain insight into new business origination and relationship management within the real estate finance sector.
- Engage progressively in borrower, investor, and funding partner discussions, enhancing relationship-building skills.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have about 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in fields such as real estate debt advisory, development finance, real estate lending, debt funds, commercial banking, real estate investment, or structured finance. Exceptional graduates with pertinent internships and excellent academic records will also be taken into consideration.
- Proficient financial modeling and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- A strong passion and understanding of UK real estate capital markets.
- Commercial awareness coupled with the confidence to interact with clients and lenders effectively.
- A commitment to pursuing a sustained career in an advisory setting valuing technical expertise alongside relationship management.

- Base salary range: £50,000 to £70,000 yearly.
