Associate – Pan-European Logistics Real Estate Investments

Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate to join our dynamic team focused on Pan-European logistics real estate investments, specifically in core+ and value-add sectors. Unlike many firms that have been cautious recently, our company has aggressively grown, successfully raising substantial capital and establishing one of Europe's busiest logistics investment platforms.

Key Features

• Immediate substantive responsibility: Associates engage directly in opportunity origination, investment underwriting, transaction negotiation, and deal closure from the beginning.
• Entrepreneurial and lean team environment: You will work closely with senior leaders and decision-makers without layers of bureaucracy.
• Pan-European scope: Involvement in acquisitions across Europe, gaining exposure in some of the continent's most compelling logistics markets.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or investments, ideally with some logistics sector exposure.
• Proficient financial modelling and underwriting skills.
• Fluency in Italian or Spanish is a strong plus.

Additional Information

• Salary reaches up to £110,000, inclusive of bonus and benefits.
• Work schedule demands presence in the office 5 days per week.
