About the Team
The Product GTM & Growth Strategy group sits within Corporate Strategy and works closely with product leadership to support business expansion, go-to-market execution, strategic planning, business analysis, and portfolio growth. The role blends elements of strategy, sales planning, finance, analytics, and program support.
Role Overview
This position supports global initiatives across functions and customer segments within the Data Foundations portfolio. The work spans growth strategy, market sizing, forecasting, performance analysis, customer segmentation, sales coverage, and investment prioritization. The role also involves building reporting systems, creating executive-ready materials, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business performance on an ongoing basis to help guide day-to-day decision making.
- Define and evaluate performance metrics, then translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Update weekly forecasts for product leadership.
- Help create and present materials for senior executives, with messaging tailored for sales and product leaders.
- Contribute to strategic projects that identify new growth opportunities.
- Resolve operational issues as they arise and recommend process or system improvements that address root causes.
- Develop analysis and recommendations that support major strategic decisions.
- Work with peer analysts to improve and automate workflows using modern analytics and AI tools, including Tableau Next, Claude, Slackbot, and Gemini.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, can manage complex data work independently, and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You should be highly curious, solutions-oriented, and able to turn data into practical business actions. An AI-first approach is important for this role, including collaborating with AI tools to increase speed, efficiency, and insight quality.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and structured problem solving.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- A proactive, self-driven approach and a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Strong ability to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Comfort working through advanced analysis and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent presentation skills, especially for PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets using SQL, Python, and/or Tableau.
- Interest or familiarity with AI tools, autonomous agents, or enterprise software is an advantage.
- Background in management consulting, finance, product management, sales strategy, solutions, or sales operations is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
The standard base salary range for this role is $80,900 to $122,300 per year. For select locations in the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, the base salary range is $97,400 to $134,000 per year. Compensation may also include bonus, incentive pay, equity, and benefits, depending on the role and eligibility.
