This position offers direct exposure to senior bankers, continuous mentoring, extensive learning opportunities, and the chance to advance your skills in investment banking and capital raising transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing transaction processes including due diligence, preparing documentation, negotiation, and coordinating with client representatives and other advisors such as accountants and legal teams.
  • Take ownership of quantitative analysis and financial modeling tasks, including valuations like DCF and LBO, building integrated financial statements, detailed revenue forecasts, and tailored ad hoc analyses.
  • Collaborate with internal J.P. Morgan product and sector specialists to align strategies.
  • Create and refine complex financial models and perform comprehensive valuation and analytical tasks.
  • Prepare a wide range of presentation materials including management presentations, board communications, offering memorandums, supporting materials for M&A and capital market engagements, and strategic client interactions.
  • Keep up-to-date with significant market trends and deepen understanding of target clients and relevant market dynamics.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Strong foundation in accounting, finance, quantitative analysis, and business writing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities; proactive, self-driven with a capacity to grasp the big picture alongside intricate details.
  • Clear comprehension of the transaction life cycle and process steps, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage senior professionals, clients, and multiple stakeholders across business lines.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of motivation and autonomy.
  • Highly organized and detail-conscious, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
