Role Overview
The EMEA Subsidiary Payments Sales team supports Regional Treasury Centres and subsidiaries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa within J.P. Morgan's multinational client base. This team collaborates closely with the Global Corporate Bank and multiple Banking Product units to deliver advanced payment solutions, promoting the bank's local capabilities while increasing cross-border business revenue. The Associate role, based in Riyadh, supports coverage across the CEEMEA region by working alongside senior Payments Sales Managers and Bankers in identifying and developing new business opportunities with global clients. This involves expanding existing client relations and exploring prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Payment Sales Managers in managing their client portfolios thoroughly.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' treasury and cash management frameworks, including account structures, cash flow, and product utilization.
- Support responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposals (RFP), coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver necessary analyses such as cost-benefit, pricing, and profitability assessments.
- Build comprehensive knowledge of JPMorgan’s Payments offerings, pricing strategy, and billing processes.
- Help prepare for client calls and meetings by conducting research, creating client pitch materials, and leading preparation of account plans and business review documents.
- Collaborate with product teams to devise and present premium solutions tailored to JPMorgan’s global client needs, including drafting materials for committee and approval forums.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor product positioning to better serve clients.
- Contribute to achieving sales and revenue objectives by identifying product growth opportunities and supporting new bids alongside Payments Sales Managers and Bankers.
- Assist clients in navigating JPMorgan’s network, actively participating within client relationship teams.
- Analyze data to spot key trends or risk areas and provide actionable insights related to volume changes and data deviations.
- Coordinate client onboarding processes including KYC and new business implementation to guarantee a seamless client experience and sustain high-quality service.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- High level of diligence, accountability, and ownership in managing responsibilities.

- Experience managing projects and meetings with senior-level stakeholders and coordinating necessary follow-ups.

- Proficient at collaborating across various departments to enhance product and service delivery while nurturing client relations.
