- Lead and manage the creation and delivery of budgets, Board materials, executive presentations, regular reporting packages, and spontaneous analyses to ensure leadership receives pertinent insights for critical operational and strategic choices.
- Support the quarterly earnings process by preparing investor presentations, scripts, handling Q&A, and conducting relevant market and peer analysis.
- Conduct external benchmarking and shareholder/peer reviews to inform leadership and investor relations strategies.
- Provide analytical backing for mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, valuation, preparation of presentation materials, and involvement in transaction execution.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve business performance through identification of trends, gaps, insights, and new opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by delivering data-driven analysis, actionable recommendations, and scenario planning to support long-term growth and strategic direction.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives, including preparation of materials for Boards, executive committees, or investors.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques; expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- Exceptional communication aptitude to distill complex data into clear, persuasive messages and visuals tailored for senior audiences.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong "figure it out" approach.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects, balancing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes within tight deadlines.
- Preparedness to manage workload independently, including willingness to work overtime as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; advanced credentials such as CFA, MBA, or CPA are beneficial.
