Role Overview
This position is for a detail-focused Financial Analyst to support global brand operations for NARS and Tory Burch. The role partners with teams across the business to deliver financial insight that supports planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Own budgeting and reporting activities for U.S. global brand P&L statements.
- Review actual results against budget and forecast to explain key variances.
- Draft clear financial narratives that highlight performance drivers, trends, and business observations.
- Assist with budget actualization and work with business partners during reforecast cycles.
Strategic Business Support
- Assess the profitability of new product launches and share recommendations.
- Analyze the financial effect of product exits and portfolio optimization choices.
- Build and track gross margin benchmarks across brands and product groups.
- Identify major margin drivers and turn findings into practical profitability improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to better understand performance results.
- Support stakeholders in creating reliable forecasts and long-range financial plans.
- Handle ad hoc analysis and special projects as business priorities evolve.
- Present financial results and insights to different management levels.
Reporting and Process Improvement
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for global brand operations.
- Maintain and improve financial models and reporting templates.
- Support month-end close activities and help ensure data accuracy.
- Look for ways to simplify workflows and make reporting more efficient.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $70,080 to $96,360 per year. Pay may vary depending on location, and the final offer will consider role-specific knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, the total package may include bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
