Essential requirements
- A third-level qualification in Aviation, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.

- Good understanding of statistical principles and how to apply them in real business situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to work across all organisational levels.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to juggle several projects at once.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred experience
Experience in aviation, leasing, asset management, or financial services would be an advantage. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and working in Agile or project-based teams is also desirable.
