Role Overview

This is a 12-month temporary Grade IV Administrator position based in Dublin West (D22). The role is fully onsite, runs Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and is available for an immediate start.

What the Role Involves

In this position, you will help keep office operations running smoothly, support service delivery, and handle a mix of administrative and financial processing tasks. The role requires someone who can stay organised, work accurately under pressure, and respond well to changing priorities.

Key Duties

  • Carry out a variety of administrative and office management tasks to support the wider team and business objectives.
  • Handle financial administration, including processing annual framework orders for service providers and managing invoices.
  • Manage correspondence and use ICT tools such as Microsoft Office and Outlook effectively.
  • Work in line with relevant policies, procedures, and deadline requirements.
  • Balance multiple tasks, organise workloads, and maintain accuracy even when under pressure.
  • Deliver strong customer service and adapt to shifting business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while also being comfortable completing tasks independently.
  • Assess issues, resolve problems, and make practical decisions where needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to stay effective both as part of a team and on your own are important.

Skills and Systems

This role requires hands-on SAP experience along with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Schedule and Contract Details

The appointment is a temporary contract lasting 12 months. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and the role is based onsite in Dublin West, D22.

Start Date
