AM Pick By Store Team Member (Fixed Term until 1st Feb 2027)

The Warehouse Group (TWG) houses some of New Zealand's most recognized brands, including The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming. Our Distribution Centre is amongst the largest in the country, and during peak times, we operate at full throttle. We're expanding our DC family to meet demand — and that's where you fit in.

Role Overview

• Accurately picking stock for store orders utilizing RF scanners
• Assembling and wrapping pallets to ensure secure transport
• Operating pallet jacks effectively
• Maintaining efficiency to achieve daily quotas and deadlines
• Keeping the work area organized, clean, and safe
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth distribution centre operations

This is a fixed term role continuing until the end of January 2027.

Work Schedule & Remuneration

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Hourly rate: $30.28 NZD

Please note that this position supports our peak period through February 2027. Given the busy season, extended leaves, including during Christmas and New Year, are unlikely to be approved. Public holidays are not worked.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience working in warehouse or distribution centre environments is preferred
• Holding a current Material Handling Equipment (MHE) license or eagerness to acquire one for future prospects
• Ability to maintain speed without compromising on accuracy
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and moving stock
• Positive mindset with clear communication skills
• Capable of working both independently and within a team
• Must be legally authorized to work in New Zealand
