Role Overview

As a member of our Delivery and Installation team, you will be responsible for delivering and installing household whiteware directly at customers' residences. This role represents the final customer touchpoint, crucial for ensuring satisfaction and a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the transportation of whiteware products safely and efficiently to customer locations.
• Assess and determine suitable installation methods tailored to each customer's home.
• Unpack, install products professionally, including removal and responsible disposal of old appliances and packaging materials.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines during all customer interactions and product handling.
• Maintain an organized and neat work environment throughout daily operations.
• Uphold personal and team safety standards while driving and handling products.

Working Hours and Term

This fixed-term role runs until November 3, 2026, with working hours scheduled from Friday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess a positive, proactive attitude and a passion for engaging with customers to create outstanding service experiences.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to provide tailored solutions.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver's license is mandatory.
