About the Role and Project
MACA is hiring experienced All Round Production Operators to join the team at the Gruyere Gold Mine, located 200 kilometers northeast of Laverton, Western Australia. This role follows a 14 days on / 7 days off day/night shift roster, with work based out of Perth. Gruyere is a highly regarded gold mining operation known for its substantial reserves and consistent production success.
MACA is a trusted integrated services contractor focusing on mining, civil construction, infrastructure, and mineral processing, operating as part of Thiess. Responsibilities and Requirements
- Operate various heavy production mining machinery including CAT 785C, Komatsu 830E, MT4400 trucks, D10 Dozer, 16M Grader, and WA900/WA1200 Loaders in an open pit mining site.
- Demonstrate high levels of motivation and capacity to work autonomously.
- Hold a valid Western Australian driver’s license and provide a clear National Police Clearance.

Work Location and Roster
The position is onsite at the Gruyere mine site with a rotational 14 days working followed by 7 days off, covering both day and night shifts, with travel arrangements based from Perth, Western Australia.
