Job description
Role Overview
Seeking a Data Operator with at least two years of experience in a surface transport company or a related industry. The ideal candidate should be a graduate possessing computer skills and well-versed in the local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through virtual meetings or onsite sales visits.
- Initiate and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing packages effectively.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets as set by the company.
- Track all active orders to ensure timely delivery and proactively update customers on shipment status.
- Prepare and submit monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market environment.
