What You Will Do

• Examine user-generated posts in Albanian and English and decide whether they comply with platform policies and community standards.
• Spot and act on harmful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise disallowed material such as hate speech, graphic content, misinformation, and spam.
• Escalate complicated or high-risk trust and safety cases to the relevant internal teams for faster and safer resolution.
• Apply moderation decisions consistently, accurately, and in line with established quality and productivity expectations.
• Track new abuse patterns and share observations that can help strengthen safety processes and policy improvements.
• Work with policy, legal, and product stakeholders to support a coordinated approach to online safety.
• Keep clear records of content reviewed and actions taken so reporting and analysis can be completed reliably.
• Join training sessions to stay updated on policy changes, platform updates, and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Strong native-level or fluent Albanian communication skills, both spoken and written, are required.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Working English ability is needed to operate in an international team environment.
• Background in content moderation, trust and safety, customer support, or a similar role in the digital or social media space is an advantage.
• You should be able to think critically and make balanced decisions when handling sensitive content.
• High attention to detail, emotional resilience, and a professional approach to difficult material are important.
• The role requires comfort with a structured on-site schedule in Sofia, Bulgaria, including possible evening and weekend shifts.
